The interactive platforms set out simple questions that help the council when assessing and diagnosing what happens next. There is also the ability to zoom in and tag the exact location of the issue, as well as the ability to add photos.
Complaints can be made anonymously if you wish, and if you use your Gateshead Council account login, you will also receive updates on the status of their complain/issue.
We know that lots of people are not able to use online services, and so residents can contact customer services on 0191 433 7000 during working hours and an officer will fill in the contact form on the resident’s behalf.
